Nature Wooden Framed Poster Prints

Nature framed prints with grasses, low cloud and soft northern light, held in a natural wood frame. All formats are in nature wall art.

How a Landscape Changes the Mood of a Room

In a nature print the mood comes from the subject itself. Mountains give scale and space, forest gives calm, water gives quiet. So the first choice here is not a color but how you want the room to feel.

Then the room. A living room takes wide, open views: a horizon, a lake, a mountain line. A bedroom takes the calmer scenes with soft light. A hallway or a stairwell works better with smaller pieces, or a few hung together.

The third thing, and the one most people forget, is light. A dark forest scene on a pale wall will look gray and flat unless it is lit. A lighter piece on a dark wall does the opposite and stands out. If the room gets little daylight, choose the lighter print.

With color, the usual mistake is trying to repeat everything. It is enough to connect the print to the largest areas — the sofa, the rug, the wall tone. The small details don't matter.

Nature subjects sit well with wood, stone, linen and wool. Next to those the room reads as natural rather than assembled.

Each print arrives in a solid wood frame — white, natural, dark or black. Shatterproof plexiglass is used instead of glass, and the hanging hardware is already fitted.

Before you hang anything, it helps to know what usually goes wrong: Wall Art Mistakes That Make a Living Room Feel Cold and Unfinished.

The same designs come as nature canvas prints and nature poster prints.
