Return & Refund Policy
All items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because each product is created individually, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to change of mind, ordering the wrong size, design preference, or personal taste once an order has been placed.
Right of Withdrawal – EU Customers
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
As all of our products are produced on demand, this exemption applies to all orders placed through our store.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@inprintdesigns.com with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Approved claims will be handled by issuing a replacement or a refund once the issue has been verified. Replacements are provided for the same item originally ordered.
Additional Information
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or the printing process. Minor differences in print tone, saturation, or size tolerance (up to 1–2 cm) are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
We are unable to offer refunds for orders not received due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or uncollected parcels returned by the carrier. Any additional shipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer.
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, season, shipping carrier performance, or external circumstances. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
If you believe your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with tracking. A replacement or refund may be issued only after the shipment is officially confirmed as lost.
