If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll fix it quickly.

We offer a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To process your request faster, please include:

• Order number (e.g. “Order #1003”)
• Product name (e.g. “Global Pulse – Abstract Framed Wall Art”)

You can find your order number and product name in your order confirmation email.

  Make sure the damage is clearly visible.

Once verified, we will:

• ✔ Send a free replacement
• ✔ Issue a full refund

No return is required.

Returns

All items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.

Additional Information

• Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing process
• Size tolerance of 1–2 cm is considered normal
• Orders with incorrect shipping details are not eligible for refund
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
